My calendar reminded me this morning that I've got another friend's birthday coming up. Which got me thinking. Seems like I've got a boatload of birthdays in the spring. So I wondered... are birth rates higher this time of year?
My internet research gave me some interesting answers. In Europe, yes. Birth rates peak in springtime. In the U.S., no. August to September have the highest rates. Why? Nobody knows for sure! Weird, huh?
