Earlier this week, I vowed I'd take on any substitute assignments I could get my hands on this week, since May is such a short month on the school calendar (we get out of school next week). Ugg. How could I have forgotten how crazy the last two weeks of the academic year are? Graduations, choir concerts (which require wardrobe additions and thus, shopping trips), major projects due, and last-minute parties needing treats... oh my.
And now I'm working almost every day til school is over. Why'd I do it? Why?
