Last night we watched a 7th- and 8th-grade drama production (my daughter was in it) for the first time. And...wow. It was cool seeing those kids act--some of them were fantastic. I found it quite entertaining (albeit not always in the ways the script writers intended).
I think I'll be a future attendee, whether my kiddo is involved or not. Might start keeping an eye out for community theater productions, too.
